Exchange and return policy:
Replacement and return are due to a defect in the product, and this does not include errors resulting from shipping companies or the buyer's delay in receiving the order from the shipping company. The buyer has the right to claim compensation from the shipping company for the defect or delay according to their own policy.
We would like to point out that the company is not responsible for the delay or lack of response of the customer to the shipping company when contacting them to deliver the order.
If the shipment is not received or is returned due to lack of response, the shipping cost (round trip if applicable) will be deducted from the total order amount before the remaining amount is refunded to the customer.
Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information and respond to the shipping company to guarantee that you receive your order without delay.
• Exchange and return conditions:
1- All products must be in their original condition with the original labels and packaging.
2- It must be done within a maximum period of seven days from receiving the product.
3- The product must be sent to us by the same company that sent it to you, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping company the shipping cost, even if free shipping is offered.
4- The product defect must not be caused by the shipping company or customer misuse.
• Exchange and return procedure:
1- Email us at [email protected] with a request for exchange and return, attaching the order invoice and a picture of the product. We will reply to the email within a maximum period of (2) working days.
2- We provide the customer with the full address for sending the products, and they are sent by the same company that delivered the order. After the products arrive, we check for the defect within a maximum period of (7) working days.
3- In the event that we accept the exchange and return, the customer will be notified of this and the product will be exchanged or the amount refunded within a maximum period of (14) working days from the date of approval of the return.
